We offer you the following Triple Peace of Mind Guarantee, in addition, to offer you the lowest price guarantee for any of our participating local Shore Excursions:
1. Cruise Excursion Deposit or Full Payments are Refundable in Case:
- You cancel the cruise excursion within the time frame specified on the excursion page
- Your cruise ship comes into port late or changes itinerary
- The operator has to cancel the excursion due to weather and other conditions
2. Deposit or full payments for most participating Beach Day Passes and All Inclusive Beach Breaks are 100% refundable for ANY reason, including if on the day of your arrival the weather is bad, you do not feel like using the beach day pass, etc.
3. Back to ship Guarantee: Since the very first day of our operation in 2005, there has never been a client of ours missing or even nearly missing their ship. We specialize in the cruise shore excursion market and know exactly at what time our clients need to be back at their cruise ship's pier. We guarantee your timely return to your ship (following the operator's instructions may be required for excursions requiring short transportation back to the cruise ship terminal) and therefore, in the very unlikely event that you are not returned to the ship in time, we will reimburse reasonable transportation cost to the next port of call for you (up to $500.00 USD per person), for up to 5 people.
