Make the most of your vacation day in Miami - taste, see and experience Little Havana. Your guide will lead you on a unique walking culinary and cultural experience.
Little Havana was established decades ago by the many refugees that made it from Cuba during Fidel Castro's Communist Regime. A happy place, it is not unusual to see a neighborhood party going on somewhere complete with Cuban music and dancing. It is also one of the oldest, specific, neighborhoods in all of Miami and you are going to enjoy the ambiance, the music, the scents, and the food.
You'll visit a family-owned restaurant and learn about the history of the food while you taste the incredible Cuban cuisine that has been handed down for generations. Try empanadas, ceviche, Cubano sandwiches, just to name just a few. Maybe try a Cubano hand rolled cigar while you listen to traditional music. Street artists are frequently spotted and you'll see some amazing artwork, all for sale. Often, as you walk down the streets, you can meet with the artists right at their studios as you meander by.
El Pub Restaurant
Stop at one of the oldest restaurants and try an empanada stuffed with a meat mixture, picadilla. Soak up some of the cultural and view the large illustrations of Cuba on the walls.

Enjoy Cuba's most famous drink, the mojito! Non-alcoholic versions available too.
Old Havana Restaurant
Try an authentic Cubano sandwich and view the music memorabilia on the walls.
La Ventanita

Sip a glass of thirst quinching guarapo, fresh pressed sugarcane juice drink. Learn about some of the exotic tropical fruits in South Florida too.
Azucar Ice cream
Right from the secret recipes of a Cuban grandma, enjoy some mantecado ice cream.
As you are walking through the streets, you will have the chance to learn about the mysterious religion practiced by many in Little Havana known as Santeria. Learn about their practices, the oils used for blessings, or curses. The many fluids used for luck, health, money, popularity that are placed in containers around the believers' homes.
You'll even have a chance to take a peek at Domino Park, all with guided narration. Domino Park has become a sort of sanctuary for older Cubans and a gathering place for all. You'll see game boards set up with serious players and fans. All with a distinctive taste for the Cuban days of old.
All total you'll enjoy 6 separate food stops, all included, and the ability to take in the vibrant culture of this unique neighborhood. At the end of your walking foodie experience, you may take a taxi back to either your hotel or your cruise ship at the Miami cruise terminal.
