Mr. Sanchos All Inclusive Day Pass and enjoy all-you-can-eat food and an open bar!
This is the largest floating water park around. Located just off the beach at Mr. Sanchos in a roped-off area, you will find a huge variety of fun stuff to do in the floating park. Try your hand at climbing icebergs, water trampolines, seesaws, bridges, floats, slides, and more. You choose if you want to spend a few minutes or all day! There is no set time and you may go in and out of the Water Park as you wish. Mr. Sanchos operates Monday to Saturday from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM Cozumel local time.
There are many additional activities you can add to your Water Park to increase your fun level such as jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, etc at extra costs. Please see the "other activities on-site" shown below.
Where we meet
For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Water Park Pass, you will meet directly at Mr. Sanchos Beach Club, just a short taxi ride from any of the 3 Cozumel cruise ship piers. All necessary details will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Cozumel Mr. Sanchos Beach Club Water Park Adventure Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:
- You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
- Your ship misses/skips the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
- Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
