Does your ship arrive later in the day? No problem! The all-inclusive resort day pass hours are from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM; your 8 hours start when you check in so there is a lot of flexibility.
Your El Cid All-Inclusive Resort is located right next to 2 of the cruise piers so you can skip the taxi lines and save on the fare. When you arrive, you'll check in at the front desk where the courteous, friendly staff will have your booking and space waiting. You will receive your wristbands which give you up to 8 full hours of food, drinks, and fun starting from the time you check-in. Want to stay past your 8 hours? No problem as you are welcome until closing with additional food, drink, and services at your expense. All of the El Cid Resort facilities are then available for you to use for the day as part of this All-Inclusive Resort Day Pass package. Just arrive before 5 as the last guest check-in at the front desk is at 05:00 PM with no later check-in available.
Pick a lounge chair to stretch out on, jump in the freshwater pool, soak up the sun on the beach, or read a book under the shade of an umbrella. There is even snorkel gear included for 90 minutes to enjoy some of the fabulous snorkeling from shore that Cozumel is known for the sunken plane that was a movie prop and is now home to numerous tropical fish (please note that the snorkel gear desk closes at 5:00 PM so plan ahead to snorkel early).
You will not go hungry or thirsty. Your El Cid Resort Beach Day Pass Package in paradise comes with an all-you-can-eat buffet on most days as well as order off the menu...whatever you want, as much as you want (except lobster). See below for examples of food items (subject to the chef's daily decision). There is also an open national bar where you can choose all you want to drink. Just keep in mind you have 8 hours to order food and drinks starting from the time you check-in.
There is also an exercise gym and a full-service spa where you will receive an excursion special discount off all services including massages, facials, and more as part of the El Cid Beach Resort Day Pass! Please inquire directly at the spa when you arrive for availability and pricing.
In addition to freshly prepared Mexican favorites, there are onsite restaurants. La Chopa restaurant serves up international cuisine in an amazing waterfront atmosphere. For example, enjoy Cheese Quesadillas or Chicken Wings, Flank Steak, or Tacos de Alambre! It is open from 09:00 AM to 10:30 PM. Located right on the water, the Trattoria Da Salvatore serves crisp, sizzling brick-oven pizzas. Their hours are from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM except for Wednesdays and Fridays.

Guacamole, Mixed Ceviche, Fried Squid Rings, Chicken wings (BBQ or Buffalo sauce), Chicken or Fish fingers, Jalapeño poppers, Tortilla Soup, Cream Corn Soup, Caldo Xochitl, Cheese Nachos, Chicken Nuggets, Stuffed Avocado or Tomato, Chicken Salad, Chef Salad, an array of various plates of pasta and sauces, Fresh Fish prepared in a variety of ways, Enchiladas, Quesadillas, Chicken Sandwich, Club Sandwich, Hamburgers with fries, Ham and Cheese Sandwich, Chicken Tacos, Beef Tacos, Chicken, Beef or Mixed Fajitas, BBQ Ribs, Arrachera, Chocolate Cake, Lemon Pie, Cheese Cake and much more, also enjoy their refreshing draft beer, XX light, and dark beer, all you can drink, no restrictions!

After your amazing and relaxing 8-hour all-inclusive El Cid Resort day pass, do not worry about long distances or taxi fares, you just need to take a small walk to your cruise ship terminal, no rush at all! (Please note this only applies to Puerta Maya and International cruise ship piers, guests from Punta Langosta Cruise pier will need to take a taxi to go back, no more than a 5-minute drive!)
Where we meet
For the Cozumel El Cid Resort All Inclusive Day Pass Excursion, you will meet directly at the El Cid Resort (For guests arriving at Punta Longosta, the approximate taxi cost is $8.00 USD for a cab up to 4 people, per taxi). All specific information will be on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Cozumel El Cid Resort All Inclusive Day Pass,we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if:
- You want to cancel at any time, for any reason, before or after your arrival. Simply contact us via email reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com within 14 days of your missed excursion date for a deposit refund.
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location.
- Your ship misses/skips the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator to run the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the tour operator or guest may send doctor's note).
- Cancellations that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund. Guests must notify us within 14 days after their excursion date via email for requesting a refund of booking payment made to Shore Excursioneer.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
