If you want to escape from the crowds and noise of the tourist areas, this is the place for you. Hayhu Beach is located approximately 30 minutes away from the Costa Maya Cruise ship terminal which makes it the perfect option for a quiet and romantic time! Once you arrive, you will meet your driver outside your cruise ship terminal, hop on your private transportation, and enjoy a panoramic view of the road.
As soon as you get there, you will be surrounded by the beautiful sea and white sand. Their friendly staff will guide you to your private shack to start your perfect date. Although Hayhu is public, your beach shack is completely private, away from the rest of the club, creating the romantic atmosphere you are looking for. Swim in the mesmerizing Caribbean Sea, soak some sun next to your special one, or cool off yourself with a refreshing drink! Remember you will have 100 USD credit to order from the menu. Eat, drink, and remember that USD 100.00 will be deducted from your bill at the end of the day.
You can also take advantage of all the facilities. You can explore the common areas, and use the showers, restrooms, beach chairs, and kayaks at no extra charge. There are other services available. Sign up for a nice couple massage as the cherry on top of your experience, just inform the staff and they will assist you (massages are paid onsite). You can even take kiteboarding lessons.
Hayhu is an ecological and sustainable Beach club where you can be spoiled while preserving the environment and taking care of Mother Nature. When you are ready to go back, you will be returned to your cruise ship dock in time to board safe and sound. What a day!
Where we meet
For the Costa Maya Hayhu Beach and Jungle Romantic Getaway Excursion, you will meet outside your Costa Maya cruise ship terminal. All necessary information will be printed on your Electronic Shore Excursion Ticket.
Cancellation
For the Costa Maya Hayhu Beach and Jungle Romantic Getaway For Couples Excursion, we issue full refund for your deposit or full payment to us if: Canceled by client prior to excursion date with a minimum of 24 hours prior notice by email to reservations@shoreexcursioneer.com.
For cancellation reasons below, you must contact us via email within 14 days after your excursion:
- Your ship arrives into port late and you cannot make it in time to the meeting location (we will verify with the tour operator).
- Your ship skips/misses the port.
- Weather conditions or equipment failure prevents the operator from running the excursion.
- A medical problem prevents you from safely participating in the excursion (we will verify with the excursion operator and the guest may send doctor's note). This applies to individuals only and not the remainder of the group.
- Cancellations/deposit refund requests that do not comply with the above may not be subject to refund.
- Refunds may be subject to a service charge fee as determined by the payment processor, please refer to Terms and Conditions for more information.
